This popular interval class mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Expect this class to be different every time, and push you harder than you would push yourself. Each class will offer different challenges each time! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. All levels welcome. Our certified instructors are trained to offer modifications. We want you to have tons of fun – be prepared for some high intensity training!
Butt and Gut:
Specifically focused on strengthening core, glutes, and legs. These muscle groups are critical to overall fitness and balanced body mechanics.
Circuit style High Intensity Interval Training. Burn more fat in less time. Combines bouts of high intensity cardio training combined with shorter bouts of active recovery. This class will elevate your heart rate and keep your metabolism revving all day.
Back, abs and cardio focus using various equipment and bodyweight.
Rise and Grind:
Workout for our early risers! This circuit style workout allows you to come anytime between 5-6:30 (class ends at 7:00 am).
Total body strength training in a circuit-style format using dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX, and kettlebells. 30 and 60 minute options available.
30 full minutes of recovery, stretching, and stress relief! This class will use Yoga straps and foam rollers for a complete body stretch.
Triple Threat for Youth:
For youth ages 10-18. 60 minute class. Cardio, strength, conditioning, and core training in twenty minute segments. Whether you're a ballerina or a basketball star, this class is designed to increase strength and stamina in a fun and positive environment.
